Jon Waterman
CEO

Jon Waterman is the founder of Ad.net where he leads the company’s corporate operations and strategic planning. A pioneer in paid search who founded his first company in 1998, Jon brings his internet advertising expertise and vision to Ad.net’s product development.

Ray Hon
Chief Technology Officer

Ray leads product development efforts for Ad.net as the company’s CTO and is responsible for the architecture and design of Ad.net’s platform. Ray brings over 13 years of experience in online advertising and has worked at Datapop, Adconion Media Group, and Yahoo!

Tony Nguyen
Chief Information Officer

As Ad.net’s CIO, Tony is responsible for managing all technical operations of the Ad.net platform and infrastructure. Tony brings more than 10 years of technology experience and plays a key role in developing and refining meta-search ad-serving technology.

Caryn Wernecke
Chief Financial Officer

Caryn manages all financial matters for Ad.net, including accounting and financial reporting, budgeting and financial planning. Caryn has over 10 years of financial management experience, from involvement in major acquisitions by a public company to overseeing day-to-day accounting and financial tasks.

Todd Ulise
Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Todd runs the sales and marketing team at Ad.net and is responsible for new client acquisition and revenue. He brings 20+ years of experience in digital marketing and has held various leadership positions prior to joining Ad.net with iMarket Services, The Laugh Button, and TrafficMarketPlace.

Justin Nakamura
Vice President of Business Intelligence

Justin leads our Business Intelligence team, which manages data needs for all business units. He has 10+ years of experience in the fields of software development, data science and big data, with a background in FinTech architecting and building automated trading systems using genetic algorithms to train neural networks.
